Sensible ways that helped me lose 19 pounds in no time



Losing weight is physically and emotionally taxing. We tend to go to extremes in an attempt to shed those extra pounds. We follow strict diet and exercise routine, only to fumble in a few days. In my experience, losing weight is all about changing your lifestyle. I lost 19 pounds in 4 months using a sensible approach to weight-loss.

  3. That site has no option for comment that's why writing here. I am amazed the way our thoughts match here. Points I have made in my article that got published in Women's Era this January.

    Like you, I strongly believe that reducing sugar intake helps a lot! And, counting calories triggers psychologically. Some of your ideas are helpful. The big difference here is that you have achieved and I'm still making points, preaching and trying!
